About

CBL Sound and Body Studio grew out of years of work at the intersection of massage, sound, and nervous‑system support. Drawing on experience founding VetTune—a sober‑delic, sound‑centered nonprofit for veterans and their communities—this studio brings that same nervous‑system‑aware, creative approach into a small public practice.

The room is intentionally low‑stim and simple, with soft light, grounded sound, and minimal visual noise so your body doesn’t have to work so hard just to be here, and sessions can include therapeutic massage, vibroacoustic sound, and light‑and‑sound tools as needed.

Christopher is a licensed massage therapist, sound‑focused bodyworker, and long‑time music maker whose work is shaped by his own lived experience with stress, pain, and recovery, and by supporting people who are sensitive, neurodivergent, or coming back from hard seasons.

Sessions are collaborative and consent‑driven: you set the pace, pressure, and amount of talking, and together you track what actually helps your system feel safer, more regulated, and more at home in your body.

Online booking, forms, and records are handled through Carepatron, a HIPAA‑compliant practice platform that uses bank‑level encryption to protect your information.
